কমলা, লেবু এবং আমের ফ্লেভার
1 cup chini,
4 tbl spoon glucose powder,
1 tea spoon citric acid( chemical er dokanei paben),
1/4 tea spoon salt,
orange essence 1 tea spoon,
yellow food color 4 drops,
red food color 2 drops(liquid food color)..
Sob ek sathe mixer e blend kore niben.. Hoye gelo orange tang.. Thik ei mapei mango nd lemon tao kore niben. Mango te yellow color nd mango essence nd lemon e green food color, lemon essence use korte hobe.
Je kono essence er e raw pawa jay.. Chemical er dokane.. Oigula use korle valo result paben. Ami raw use korechhi.. Jehetu pani te mix kore khete hobe..
প্রসেস ঃ-
গ্রাইনারের জারে প্রথমে চিনি দিয়ে এর মদ্ধে একে একে সেস্ট্রিক এসিড, লবণ, গ্লুকোজ পাওডার, এসেন্স ও ফুড কালার ( ঠিক এই মাপেই আমের এবং লেবুর টাও নিবেন। আমেতে হুলুদ ফুড কালার এবং আমের ফ্লেভার লেবুতে সবুজ ফুড কালার এবং লেবুর ফ্লেভার ব্যবহার করতে হবে। ) সব এক সাথে গ্রাইনারে দিয়ে একেবারে মিহি পাওডার বানিয়ে নিন।
তবে এটা যখন গ্রাইন করবেন তখন একবারে মেশিন চালু রাখবেন না কয়েক সেকেন্ড করে একটু অফ করে একটু ঝাকিয়ে দিবেন পরে আবার চালু করবেন এভাবে একদম মিহি গুড়ো পাউডার করে নিবেন।( যদি গ্রাইনার না থাকে তো সব একসাথে মিশিয়ে পরে পাটায় ও গূড়ো করে নিতে পারেন তবে এতে খুব ১ টা ভাল হবে না কালার টা ভালভাবে মিশবে না।তবে এক্ষেত্রে যেটা করতে পারেন নরমাল ব্লান্ডারে সব একসাথে মিশিয়ে ভাল করে ব্লান্ড করে মিশিয়ে পরে পাটায় মিহি গুড়ো করে নিলেন।।।) ব্যস রেডি একদম সাস্থ্যস্মমতভাবেবানানো হোমমেড ফ্লেবারের ট্যাং পাউডার।
খুব সহজে অরেঞ্জ ট্যাং হয়ে গেল।
